Clarborough Village Hall is situated back off the main road through the village, directly opposite the Kings Arms pub, with plenty of parking available behind the building. The Village Hall provides a spacious hall, adjoining function room, modern kitchen, a small bar/kitchen, toilet facilities with baby changing and disabled access and toilet. The building has been subject to ongoing upgrade with, most recently, a completely refurbished floor to the main hall.

Our Hall is managed by Clarborough & District Community Association (CDCA), a registered Charity No.502076.

We have now resumed weekend slots for parties and other such events, so why not get in touch!
Our rates are surprisingly reasonable - £14.50 per hour for casual hire and an amazing £45.00 for 4 hours for a children’s party booking. This usually allows 1 hour setup, 2 hours for the party and 1 hour for tidying up.

Clarborough Village Hall is a modern, single storey, building with easy access for those with mobility issues. A large, free, car park is to the rear of the building (follow driveway to the right shown above - this driveway and car park were recently resurfaced by Clarborough & Welham Parish Council).
Recent re-flooring of its main hall with high quality maple blocking (see below), a project receiving substantial support from Veolia Environmental Trust has revitalised the venue. More recently the whole interior has been redecorated and the flooring revitalised:
The stage area has modern lighting and sound facilities which makes it ideal for entertainment, presentations and other such activities.
The building’s exterior has also recently undergone extensive refurbishment, particularly around the rainwater management systems. This project was funded by WREN who have contributed some £14,000 towards the project.
The Village Hall also has a smaller Room (Halford Room) which may be booked separately together with kitchen and toilet facilities. Extensive seating and table facilities are available.
