Harmless is a national user led self-harm organization that provides support, information, training and consultancy about self-harm to individuals who self-harm, their friends, families and professionals.
Harmless is run by people with professional and personal experience of self-harm and we hope that our work inspires hope. We believe recovery is possible for all and believe in supporting people with their distress in a variety of ways to enable them to move forward in their lives. Service users can self-refer or be referred into the service by other health professionals e.g., Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), GPs or local mental health teams. The team providing this service consists of Therapists and Clinical Support Workers (CSWs), overseen by a Service Manager. For much more, click on the poster above.
