Forthcoming events at our church :
Open Church weekend Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th July, 2018
Clarborough Church will be open both days, with light refreshments served all day. Come and look round this historic building and see how it has been modernised whilst retaining the original features.
Lammas Festival Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th July, 2018
Celebrating the start of the harvest (Loaf Mass....the celebration of the first loaf of bread made from the first wheat of the season) Clarborough is unique in this area in celebrating this ancient festival.
Church will be open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday with displays of artwork arranged around the church. Free entry, tea/coffee and biscuits served Sat afternoon, tea with scones jam and cream served Sun afternoon.
Saturday 28th at 19:00. An evening of praise and worship with the United Christian Voices from Sheffield. They present an interesting evening where the gospel is told through music, readings and sketches. Tickets ｣5 available from Lesley Keating 07551 381965 and we advise booking in advance. Refreshments included in the ticket price.
Sunday 29th at 16:00. An informal service of Holy Communion for Lammas with Rev. Mark. This is always a very enjoyable laid back kind of service to end our Lammas celebrations.
