The purpose of the Bassetlaw Integrated Care Partnership is to deliver improvement in experiences, health and wellbeing for Bassetlaw citizens, through simpler, integrated, responsive and well understood services which ensure people get the right support at the right time. This will support local people to stay well in their own homes and communities so everyone can be better in Bassetlaw.
The ICP in Bassetlaw is a partnership of chief executives and senior leaders from BCVS, Bassetlaw District Council, NHS Bassetlaw CCG, Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Healthwatch Nottingham & Nottinghamshire, Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and three Primary Care Networks.

NHS Bassetlaw Commissioning Group (BCCG), to quote from their own website: NHS Bassetlaw CCG is a member organisation consisting of 12 practices across Bassetlaw. The CCG is committed to working with its partners and patients and the public to improve the commissioning of services within available resources to deliver the greatest benefit for the people of Bassetlaw in terms of health outcomes and value for money for the tax payer.....
In April 2013 the CCG became a Statutory NHS body and took on full responsibility for the commissioning of health services for the people of Bassetlaw.
